Once Doc Jaks opens its doors,
the fire will already be burning.
We’ll be smoking meats the old-world way—
low and slow for up to 15 hours—
bringing out deep, rich flavor in everything from
brisket and tri-tip to pork and beef ribs, house-made sausages,
chicken, duck, turkey, gator, and even whole pigs.
If it can be smoked,
we’re putting it on the pit.
Alongside the smoke, you’ll find true Cajun soul—
étouffée, gumbo, boiled shrimp, crawfish, crabs, and more—
served up the way it’s meant to be.
Our appetizers are to die for, our desserts are made to
finish strong, and our handcrafted cocktails are
built from internationally award-winning spirits that bring a
little extra fire to the glass.
